How does the 14-day trial work? +
When you subscribe to Quarterly or Annual, you get 14 days of full paid access before the first payment is collected. If you cancel within the trial window, you won't be charged at all.
How is billing handled? +
Payments are collected via UPI or direct bank transfer (NEFT / RTGS / IMPS). After payment, share your transaction reference and your account is activated within 24 hours. No recurring card charges — you're in control.
Can I cancel my paid plan? +
Yes — contact us anytime and we'll cancel your subscription. No refund on completed payments, but you keep access until the end of your billing period.
What if I miss a pick? +
Picks are delivered to your dashboard, pushed via browser notification, and emailed — so it's hard to miss one. But if you do, every past pick stays accessible for the life of your subscription. You can revisit any archived pick with its full rationale, entry zone, target, and stop loss intact.
What is your refund policy? +
The 14-day risk-free trial means you can cancel before any payment is collected. After a payment is captured, it's non-refundable per our Refund Policy. Cancellation prevents future renewals and you keep access through the end of your paid period.
