AlphaPick offers a strict no-refund policy for all completed payments. Once your subscription payment has been received, it is non-refundable — regardless of the circumstances.
AlphaPick provides digital content (stock picks, analysis, and subscription access) that is delivered immediately upon account activation. Because our service is delivered digitally and cannot be "returned," we are unable to offer refunds on completed transactions. This is clearly communicated at the point of purchase on our packages page.
By subscribing to AlphaPick, you acknowledge and agree that:
You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us at support@alphapick.in. Cancellation prevents future renewals but does not result in a refund for the current paid period.
If you initiate a chargeback or dispute with your bank or payment provider after paying AlphaPick, your account will be immediately suspended and may be permanently terminated. We reserve the right to pursue all available remedies for payment disputes, including referral to collections and legal action.
If AlphaPick erroneously processes a duplicate payment or charges an incorrect amount, please contact us immediately at support@alphapick.in. We will review such situations on a case-by-case basis and resolve genuine errors. This does not constitute a general refund entitlement.
